Phase II : Pre-Construction

Pre-construction Phase Services include the following:

1. Establish the administrational structure for effective management

2. Formulate a system of site administration and
project control

3. Assist the client with tenders aimed at reducing project costs

4. Preparation of complete project schedules
        - Tenders
        - Construction
        - Fast track methods will be employed

5. Quantity Surveyor reviews of all tender documents

6. Pre-qualify tenders or suggested tenders

7. Organize and chair tender meetings

8. Assist Quantity Surveyor in the scrutinizing of tenders

9. Assist in negotiations

10. Recommendations for contract awards

11. Final reviews of all contract documentation before commencement
